Think Twice
This place os horrible!!! They do NOT keep the common area's clean EVER! Parking is a nightmare! You have residents taking 3 or 4 covered spots and then balk when you say something to them. This place does NOT enforce their own HOA Rules. They did paint the place amd put up new rain gutters but DO NOT DO ENOUGH TO MAINTAIN RESIDENT SAFETY!! If you and your family want a "community" DON'T MOVE HERE!!! If the HOA & Property owners would put some effort in the propertyy with regard to CLEANING the common area's and started enforcing HOA rules this could be a nice community. This is my opinion as a 4 year resident.
