Cascade Lakes

We moved here almost four years ago to retire from the frozen north and couldn't be happier. The people are friendly and the amenities are first rate. Between tennis, pickleball, a resort style indoor/outdoor pool, nearby golf courses and over thirty different clubs to join there is never any lack of activities; not to mention community parties, movies and shows in our ballroom. If you're looking for an active, adult community, Cascade Lakes is the place for you.

My wife and I have lived in this beautiful community for about 6 years. We have found it to be extremely welcoming and friendly. We have made many good friends here. Our biggest problem is which of the many activities do we participate in each day. We regularly participate in the gym where there are 10 free classes a week and certified trainers. We enjoy tennis, pickleball, water volleyball and community bike rides. That is just during the day. The nights are filled as well with movies, stage shows and lectures as well as over 30 clubs from which to choose. If you wish to be active from day to night with rewarding and friendly activities, then Cascade Lakes may be for you.

We've lived in Cascade Lakes almost 2 years. From the moment we moved in, it's been wonderful. Cascade lakes is a beautiful community with more activities than I can keep up with. Residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect with close proximity to the beach, major roads and transportation, shopping and dining. Love living here in the Florida sunshine.

We just moved in last month and have been pleased so far. Every resale home we looked at here needed some updates so we've been working on a few things around the house like new flooring and paint. We wanted a larger ranch home to accommodate visits from out-of-town family and friends which was hard to find in most 55+ places. Our home here is almost 3,000 square feet so we've got plenty of room and we're looking forward to hosting the holidays in our new home!
