Unfriendly Development
Lived there for 2 years to know that the neighbors not getting along. It's not a family orientated place to live. Narrow streets that block driveways causing problems and confrontation.

Took a ride down the streets of the neighborhood and could hardly drive safety with the streets being narrow and cars parked on-street....
Parking wars
Lived there two years when it wasn't as full then started filling up and the parking wars with the narrow roads were bad. Had to sell my house because of this..Best thing I ever did
