Chastain Lakes is a great place to live!

Chastain Lakes Subdivision is a beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood with 221 single-family homes and is conveniently located in the Kennesaw area of West Cobb by I-575. The location is close to shopping (Town Center Mall), Kennesaw State University, Cobb County Airport and Kennesaw Mountain. Downtown Atlanta is less than 30 minutes away. The houses were built between 1984-1999 and prices range from the high $200,000s to over $500,000. Chastain Lakes has many amenities to select from that can accommodate a variety of lifestyle choices to benefit your family. The large swimming pool and pavilion, lighted tennis courts, two private lakes stocked with fish and playground are all within easy access. The area schools are Chalker Elementary (within walking distance), Palmer Middle and Kell High School, and West Cobb is well known for great schools! Chastain Lakes has a Homeowners Association that oversees the management company (Tolley). It consists of a five-member Board who are elected for 3-year terms. Covenants protect your privacy and property values, which helps to retain your investment value and quality of life. The yearly HOA dues are $800.
