Seriously? A 45/47 walkability/bikeability score?
This neighborhood all but sits on the Greenway around McCabe golf course which provides access to just about every kind of retail and food one can imagine within healthy and enjoyable round trip strolls of about 2 miles. It’s a couple of hundred yards from the Sylvan park strip which is full or restaurants and bars. And you can literally walk all the way to downtown Nashville and beyond without ever leaving a sidewalk or paved greenway path! I would say walk/ride ability is a 100! Not sure how you can get much better than this. You could easily live in this neighborhood without even owning a car!
