I'm horrified that the previous post indicated some absolutely intolerable behavior interns of welcome a new resident. My name is Bonnie and I'm hoping your experiences moving forward are far better . As for the homeowners association...well don't get me started. I have considered selling my place because of unreasonable demands and threats via the board as well as poorly execucuted demands placed vulnerable homeowners. I stay because I love my home and there are some amazing people who live in the development.

When we arrived at night on our first day moving in, our neighbor was peeking through our uncovered window on our front door while "walking" her dog. We love dogs so all of us opened the door, waved, and smiled at her. Her reaction? Her mouth dropped as she said, "Ew Mexicans!" I've never had a welcome like that before. This situation has escalated to the worse ever since.
