From our private lake's dam we have seen weddings, pedal boats, big mouth bass, electric-only powered boats, beaver, snakes, kayaks, turtles, bees, canoes, geese, ducks, parties, ospreys, skunks, bald eagles. This is a comfortable place to live.

From the dam we have seen weddings, pedal boats, big mouth bass, electric only powered John boats, snakes, kayaks, turtles, bees, canoes, geese, ducks, parties, skunks, bald eagles, Wallop Island space rocket launches, comets, meteors, the ISS & RIR NASCAR fly overs just to mention a few. The Civic Association is active and helpful. I have enjoyed living here.
