Cheyenne Valley

There are two sections of Cheyenne Valley. It’s divide by a large drainage canal that empties into Takas Park. Each section has two entrances. Their are no thru streets. Which is wonderful because it’s only your neighbors utilizing the residential roads, excluding the occasional lost drivers. Cheyenne Valley borders Windcrest, a city with quaint family friendly activities. Some of my favorites are 4th of July Parade & Christmas Lights. The location makes it so you can get anywhere from San Marcos to SeaWorld and Six Flags to Southside in under 35 minutes. This is because you are close to I35/410/368/Wurzbach Pkwy. 15 min Airport 18 min Northstar Mall 15 min Ft Sam/SAMMC 18 min ATT Center 22 min Downtown 35 min Sea World 30 min Six Flags 12 min Forum Shops 10 min Morgan’s Wonderland 35 min San Marcos Outlets 90 mins or less to Austin Low HOA fees of about $300 a year. Looking for a neighborhood pool. Many options. YMCA, Royal Ridge Recreational facility and all San Antonio Parks pools are free. Royal Ridge is an wonderful Elementary School nestled in the established Neighborhood of Royal Ridge. NEISD )has magnet schools beginning in middle school. With an excellent magnet bus program, it’s a district that facilitates the educational direction your child’s learning style desires. The convenience of the location of this hidden gem is worth it.
