I actually really enjoyed living in the community for the first few years. The rules were reasonable, the fees weren't awful, and the board had some common sense. Unfortunately, the last couple years showed a complete down turn. The board will pick and choose people to suddenly not like and go after them with ridiculous warnings and fines. Rude and condescending attitude toward residents who came to the joke of a meeting in the first place. I moved out and will never look back. They took what was a nice community and are aggressively chasing people away out of boredom. Run far and fast, there are much better places to live.

The homeowners association Board are very oppressive. I would not recommend this neighborhood. They fined me for not living in my home and having renters despite repeated efforts to inform them I was in my own home. Even utility bills would not convince them they were in the wrong.
