Cottonwood Creek Elementary School

I have had children attending this school for the last 11 years. All 3 kiddos with different learning abilities and needs. We have been very pleased with nearly every teacher each of them has had over the years and strongly feel the teachers and staff at this school are second to none! The classroom teachers are engaged and enthusiastic and the specials teachers are so talented and amazing at what they do... this school attracts the best of the best. BUT, what really make this school stand out from the others in the area is the involvement of the parents!! From those who give countless hours (running the carnival, auction and community events like the cultural connections holiday potluck or spaghetti dinner) ,to those who read in the library or bring a meal for the teachers luncheons, and to those who contribute monetarily- it truly takes a village and this village is amazing.

Negative and disappointing so far. Agree with comments regarding non-traditional families being disciminated against in every aspect of school involvement.

Bad. I vastly hated 5th grade and was constantly left out in 2nd through 5th grade

Excellent teachers and school, they focus on all around child development and not just on academics.
