Neighborhood Reviews
1 Review1.0
Shifting soil, bad utilities, poor.
Colony ridge is a dangerous money pit. A quik review will show bentonite shale shifting most foundations. New, nearby low-income housing construction has increased this soil movement and is decreasing long term property values. Underground utilities, especially water and sewer lines, break constantly. Outside municipal limits - neither public utility repair nor winter maintenance on roads. No local law enforcement, only county. Property should be carefully considered and inspected for foundation as well as underground utility problems.
