Avoid, terrible, hard to believe its Columbia
Horrible, roach and mice infested filthy building filled with section 8 and psych patients. A few decent people, but not many left. I lived in this dump and zipped out fast once I could. I cant say enough about the visible filth throughout the building, the washers and dryers that are broken, the roaches crawling up the walls of the trash room. No matter how clean you keep your home, the building is infested with mice and roaches. You will spend tons on making sure that your house is protected against the infestation. Most warm nights, the police come at some point to break up the fights on the 3rd floor... This building is worse than anything I have seen, ever.
