Countryside At Welleby

I've been living in Countryside at Welleby for about 8 months, and so far it has been the worst places I have lived in my life. The facilities are outdated and not maintained. The pool is tiny and poorly maintained. The HOA is completely incompetent - spending more time arguing about iguanas than any legitimate issue. There is no garbage pickup, so residents throw their trash into a dumpster with no regard or respect for other residents which in turn has created a rodent infestation problem. Do not waste your money on this place.

The new management is in cahoots with Westway towing. Last night 15 cars were towed out of the complex per Sunrise PD. Many of us did not receive warnings prior to this. It was quite a surprise to me, an owner for 7 years to come out for work with my car missing and assuming it was stolen. All this because I backed my car into MY own resident spot. No warning, just hook them and book them!! Management did not even give a warning prior to hiring this “towing service”.
