SHAME SHAME ON COVERED BRIDGE

Shame what happened to our community! NO Grass, No Service, No Maintenance, Rude office. Property looks like GARBAGE! No longer desirable.

I have lived here for thirteen years...the community was nicely kept..the past five years the place has fallen into disrepair...the lawn is overgrown, the sidewalks are broken, and what is left of the grass turns to mud in the rain...pools of water are up to our ankles when it rains, and huge puddles remain standing on the grass...growing more and more disappointed by the minute..calling the office is useless...

After two years living here the rules mean nothing there are children living here some blast music out of their windows. There are several commercial vehicles in the parking lots. There teens living with the parents what gives we were going to buy are unit but after no action we want nothing to do with the place. Not to mention having heavy footed people who live over you it's madness. We are going to buy a single family home soon. Remember 55 and older enforce the rules.

This year(2014) was an extraordinary year for snow in this area. But it wasn't the quantity of the snow. It was the frequency and the consistency coupled with nighttime freezing. This made it appear as if roads or sidewalks weren't being salted properly but in fact they had to wait at times to avoid wasting precious melting products. There were even days when I heard from snow removal companies "There is no salt in NJ" And I heard plenty of horror stories from residents of other communities. The Board here did an exemplary job in the handling of the snow removal. The undersigned is not a Board member but is active in the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Bob Yacknowitz
