Covered Bridge

No grass and plenty of snow left after a storm. What a disgrace for a senior community. Sidewalks are NEVER cleared of snow and grass mowers just throw dust while mowing. Terrible appearance!

After two years living here the rules mean nothing there are children living here some blast music out of their windows. There are several commercial vehicles in the parking lots. There teens living with the parents what gives we were going to buy are unit but after no action we want nothing to do with the place. Not to mention having heavy footed people who live over you it's madness. We are going to buy a single family home soon. Remember 55 and older enforce the rules.

Before you move to this community understand that NO SNOW removal is provided. Parking areas are plowed once always leaving ice and snow piled high behind every car. NO SALT is every spread. Sidewalks are NOT cleared at all! The only walkway clear is the 20' from your front door to the snow covered parking lot sometimes days later. NO sidewalks to your parking spots are every cleared. The snow and ice is a disgrace in an adult community.

Despite Maintenance fees higher than property tax everything here falls in disrepair .Bylaws are changed on the fly after secretive meeting of equally weird board of trustees who seem to have mission of turning Covered Bridge into dead zone Detention Camp . Rampant fraud !
