Crystal Crossing

Crystal Falls is an absolutely huge master planned community. By huge I mean it is projected to have 5,000 homes when all is said and done. It is made up of many sub divisions within it. Just to name a few there is “The Highlands”, “Crystal Cove”, The Fairways etc... They go from high 200’s all the way to about 700 thousand. Many of the subdivisions have one way in and one way out. The lots also vary in size from 50’ to 1 acre lots. It is a very master planned community as you would expect from a place this size. The HOA fees are a bit pricey at 60 a month. You do not get anything for that extra money that any other subdivision does not have. Not even a workout center. Just a pool in each one, a park in each one and some hiking trails. If you are into big master planned communities this is your place. If you like to know your neighbors and not have so much traffic, perhaps you should look elsewhere.
