Julian Curtiss School

More emphasis on holistic learning and less on the grind of the Singapore math. I think applying simple constructive techniques to teach math and science is what's is missing. Children need a well rounded balance in math, science, languages and the arts. They have good teachers - just can't figure out why they can't create a spark of learning.

This school is very good. My son has LOVED his teachers thus far. The racial and socio-economic diversity represented in the student body is very appealing. The principle and administration are both very engaged, and their commitment to improvement is impressive. Even if we moved to a different neighborhood I think we would try to lottery into this school.

I am delighted with JC, inspiring principle and dedicated well rounded teaching staff. My child is thriving. The school has a strong community and a range of programs and activities for the children to get involved with.

I would put it straightforwadly: socially very bad, accademically very poor, the new principle noncooperative and insensitive! some teachers in K grade very friendly but you need to do pre-research..
