Northwestern Regional Middle School

The teachers are wonderful for the most part. A tenth of the lockers don't work or are missing pieces.

I'm an eighth grade student at NWR7. I really enjoy this school and my teachers are all very kind and compassionate. One consideration is that we do many, many group projects in all of my classes. The language program is very good. The only issue is that some 7th graders have to have very small lockers in their first year. I was one of those people and it was kind of cramped. The theater program is excellent as well as the choral and band directors.

This is a solid school that has been affected a little by budget cuts, as have all schools these days. The teachers engage the students and the hard word is there for those that are up to the challenge. We moved to the area from Thomaston just so we could put our kids in a quality public school system where education still matters. This school system is one of the best in the state, that's why we chose it.
