About Cypress Crossing

Joseph G
Cypress Crossing in Fairview Texas is a community of 99 homes, all of which were built by David Weekley Homes. The community was started in 2007, and was completed by March 2013. The eastern side of the community consists of larger single-family homes in the 4000 ft.² range, while the rest of the community consists of patio style, zero lot line homes in the 2000-3000 ft.² range. There is a city park (Cypress Park) within the community, and it is connected to Road Runner Trail, which is also part of the Fairview Park district. The trail meanders through a 2 acre nature preserve. There is ample green space within the community as well, all of which provides a good amount of natural serenity, all while being within 2 miles of major shopping areas of both Fairview and Allen.
