Towed my guest's car who parked on the provided parking space

My gust parked at the designated parking space for only one night, however on the following morning he found out the car got towed away!! And there was even no notice of telling him this fact!! Then he had to pay for $400+ to get the car back. But the rule clearly said guests are allowed to park for at most 72 hours!! Such a terrible HOA!!!!

Lots of packages get stolen, even the mailboxes have been broken into and not fixed. HoA is focused on parking enforcement despite all the crime issues. Wouldn't recommend buying or renting here.
