Near to Jesse Jones Park that has a great bike riding paths and good fishing spot. Great lighting. The kids can go safely trick or treat during Halloween. The paths are great for walking. Tennis courts are well maintained.

Hidden gem, Quiet neighborhood and great location

Good neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Everything is so close by Deerbrook Mall, Costco, Aldi, Main Event, Gyms, Bush Intercontinental Airport and dozens of great restaurants. It’s less than 5 minutes from Jesse Jones park for great fishing and an amazing bike trail that goes to Spring and Kingwood.

Great Subdivision

Jon A
Deerbrook Subdivision is a great community, quite, nice and beautiful, especially after the new board take over the HOA, and the hiring of a new management company, the neighborhood has greatly improved, and there many more amenities added, it is very close to many shopping centers, restaurant and many big box retailers, it is also 10 minutes from George Bush Airport. There is a nice pool, playground fro kids, and tenis courts, there is trail that take you straight from the subdivision to the beautiful Jesse Jones park, where you can do many activities like fishing, jogging, sports, birds sightseeing, family gathering, it makes you feel you are in the wild country of Texas. This a great place to live and raise children.

HOA doesn't not inforce deed restrictions.

This could be a nice neighborhood if the HOA did their job. Multi people living in homes, cars parked everywhere, streets in yards, garage doors hanging sideways, yards needed to be mowed, homes have green mold on them, big rigs coming thru on the streets, you name it, it is going on here. I am ashamed to admit I live here do to the fact. They have rules and they are not enforced by anyone. Do not buy here.
