Del Webb is such a wonderful 55 community for people who like enjoying single family house big back yard lifestyle but don’t have energy to take care of their lawn. Community takes care of all the lawn maintenance for you. Very clean, very new, very friendly community. My husband and I are exciting to close our new house this month in Del Webb Ave Maria.
My son with his wife and 2, soon to be 3 young babies live in a Pulte home here at Ave Maria and suggested we consider buying a Del Webb home to downsize and be closer to our beautiful grandkids. We moved in February and have been loving every minute. I watch the kids twice a week over at their house and just love being so close by. Our old house was nearly an hour away so it has been a blessing to be so close.
My husband and I have already made new friends here and have been busy checking out all there is to do. The clubhouse is wonderful, very nice swimming pools and golf too. Our new neighbors went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even brought over some fresh baked muffins! I feel like we're part of a very nice community here.
Ave Maria is a large community with several neighborhoods and a town center. Golf cart community. Del Webb is the main community within Ave Maria. The clubhouse is great and the pickleball courts are some of the best in Naples. It's outside the craziness of Naples and its traffic, but not too far, so you can still enjoy the shops and restaurants if you choose.
Remote, but peaceful
Gorgeous 55+ neighborhood in Ave Maria. It's about 25 minutes east of downtown Naples, but with the drive. Nice little town center for residents to enjoy. The clubhouse and new amenity center, plus the pickleball setup is awesome!
