Downtown South Park

Downtown South Park is a commercial neighborhood in downtown Los Angeles, home to the Staples Center, the Los Angeles Convention Center, and the L.A. Live entertainment complex. This rapidly growing neighborhood offers a variety of shopping, restaurants, rooftop bars, and entertainment, and residents here have easy access to plenty of things to see and do around the downtown area. Downtown South Park has seen a recent development of high-rise condos and commercial establishments, drawing new residents and businesses to the area. This walkable neighborhood offers access to the Blue Line and the Expo Line, as well as Pico Boulevard, the Santa Monica Freeway, and Interstate 110.
