Deamland Villa is a great place to live most homes are well kept and most of the people are good neighbors but as I have found out don't let this 55+ fool you, you only have to have one person in the house that is 55 then they can bring anyone they want to live with them example house just sold next to me grandma brought in her grand kids, have no idea how many live there but there are always cars park everywhere including a big 4x4 that parts the wrong way on the street all the time and no one does anything about it this is why I will not be joining the association this year we bought here to get away from young people not have them move in next to us

The houses here are inexpensive and the folks are friendly. It's older but still has a lot of life and my neighbors are great. I am active in community clubs and walk the nature trails almost every day. It's a nice, quiet community.
