Dunhaven Woods

Have some friends that live here and they places is amazing. Backs up to a really nice nature preserve and the whole neighborhood has beautiful homes with only one way in and out. Cuts down on through traffic a lot.

This community is the nicest neighborhood in Palatine I've been to. I've been here for a few holiday parties and the custom homes are spacious and detailed with nice finishes. Community is surrounded by woods!

Dunhaven Woods is nestled next to Deer Grove forest preserve, so there's lots of hiking, biking and other outdoor activities. All the neighbors are friendly. With only one entrance to the neighborhood, it feels very safe. We are also members of Neighborhood Watch with the Palatine Police Department.

Hi, We have lived here for 7 years and we absolutely love this neighborhood. What I especially like is the immediate access to miles and miles of forest preserve trails for hiking, biking, and walking. Our neighborhood also has only 1 entrance which makes it an extremely low traffic neighborhood so you can feel completely safe letting the kids play with each other outside. We have a week established neighborhood watch which also keeps us safe and sound. Did I mention that everything one might need is only a few miles away - so live in the forest preserve and be close to everything! Overall this is a great place to live!
