Very family friendly and a wide range of ages makes it easy for kids to make neighborhood friends. I really like that they use multiple builders, which limits the chances of a duplicate house and makes each home standout while still fitting in with neighborhood theme. Work on the community pool has started as of April '18. HOA dues are on par with similar developments in the area at 85/month. At least once a night I see a sheriff patrolling the entire neighborhood, always at a different time, in order to deter any construction related crime. This makes us feel better due to the fact that each building site has a large dumpster in front of it, and we have witnessed people rummaging around looking for scrap goods. Every house seems to be sold before it is completed, so if you find one you fall in love with you should act quickly!
