Eastlake

About Eastlake

Eastlake is a planned community located in Chula Vista, California. Less than an hour’s drive from the ocean, the community is home to five well-ranked schools and a wide range of commerce. There's a diverse selection of models and architectural styles, typically Mediterranean and contemporary. Condominiums, townhomes, and single-story and two-story homes are available. Mid-century builds as well as brand new construction are available. The community’s Eastlake Greens neighborhood is right on the Eastlake Golf Course and features some of the more impressive homes. It's a partially gated neighborhood with well-maintained landscaping and lush greenery. On the streets of this neighborhood it's actually hard to tell that it's surrounded by a four-star golf course.
