Edgehill Village

Buying at Edgehill Village was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The property management, Empire Management Group is the worst. I’ve lived in much nicer places with strict HOA rules, however they are ridiculous. The place is a dump, however if try to fix up your little patio, they won’t let you put any cute garden/patio decorations out. There are shady people living in the garages. Peeling, chipped, and/or mismatched paint. However, I purchased a couple plants 2 days ago, it’s been raining, so I haven’t transplanted them in planters yet, however they were taking pictures today. They need to aim that camera at the actual property, pools, garage area, alleyways, and landscaping, and stop giving people that are TRYING to make the best out of a bad situation and hard time. Also the meetings are held when most people are working, so if you have a job, forget about getting involved.
