Horrible HOA Management Company!
Steer clear!!! Excelsior Management Company has one of the worse parking managers! Tow trucks drive through constantly, residents are constantly harassed about what spots allowed to be utilized.
Word to the wise, READ ALL OF THE "Rules and Regulations" BEFORE signing any documents!
We have nothing but issues since moving in two months ago! Thank goodness, we only signed a one year lease!
These People love to Tow Cars
I have had my car towed, my children that do not live with me have had their cars towed. After proving they have their own homes they were towed again. While moving I could not complete the moved and they towed my Uhaul. It costs me $250 each time and doesn't matter if they are wrong. All it takes is an annonmous neighbor to say that a visitor is a resident and parking in the wrong spot and they will tow you.
