My husband and I love our home and the community. We have lived here for two years and enjoy the activities and the lovely pool. Encore was the right choice for us.
Great quality homes for this price range. Great community with excellent amenities.
I love living in Encore
I have lived in Encore at Eastmark since 2016. I have meet a lot of people and many I call friend. There is always something going on if you want to participate. My husband didn't think he was ready for the move to a 55+ from our Gilbert home but he agrees this was a great move for us.
Worst home I have ever owned. Would not recommend to anyone.
