DO NOT BUY HERE, HOUSES TAKE FOREVER TO BE DELIVERED AND WHEN THEY ARE EVERYTHING IS DONE POORLY, BAD CONSTRUCTION WORK, AIR CONDITIONERS DONT WORK, FINISHES ARE POORLY DONE. LAWSUITS, INVESTIGATIONS COMING.... DO NT KNOW HOW THEY PASSED COUNTY INSPECTION SERIOUS VIOLATIONS OVERLOOKED.

Put money down in Aug for a 2017/18 Winter delivery, its April now and I am being told Nov 18 and they haven't even broken ground on my phase yet.
No one keeps you updated, no one there seems to know what is going on, no one seems to even care.
How is this acceptable? How is it legal to take my money and give me no hard date of delivery? How can they continue to sell with no promise of date delivery?
Worlds worst construction people
I’ve been waiting for my house for more then over a year and they still haven’t started building it. In over a year they asked for $25,000 to reserve the property and my house is still dirt. No one should do business with this company .
