Going downhill

This neighborhood was good about 1o years ago, but it has gone downhill. There are too many people who rent out the houses and townhouses that the neighborhood is going downhill fast. There is trash everywhere and people do not take good care of their property. We used to live here but I have driven through lately and I am not impressed. Plus with the murder and the club house fire. I would not buy in this neighborhood.
