Parking denies this community 5 stars

I love living here, everything about it, the pools, the neighbors, quiet and calmness, my home. I do NOT like the parking however. There are not even spots for homeowners to park and the community is way too eager to tow cars for parking in visitor spots, even when they’re visitors. My daughter drives home from college twice a month and parks in visitor, well, she did. The community towed her car. If she lives in Santa Barbara, she’s a visitor. The other side of the issue bothers me as well, as I sit here in my $465,000 condo, my car is parked on a busy street (the one my sons car was hit and his mirror ripped off it, of which the community showed zero care about) while someone is parked in my reserved spot. Where is parking patrol for this car? So, I can’t park in the complex with out getting towed and now I can’t park in my reserved spot because someone decided it was their spot for the evening, and of course, OC Patrol is nowhere in site!
