Older homes, but great location
My wife and I rented a home in this neighborhood for a year before we purchased our home, so we are former residents. The location is great and convenient for walking to downtown Arlington Heights, The Metra, and local schools and parks. Easy access to I-90 and Route 53 as well. Many of the homes have been updated, and there are some large expensive teardowns too.
