Bellalago Academy

This was an okay school. They did the best that they could do with my daughter's IEP. It took them a whole year to complete one when in most states it usually takes less than 90 days to create an IEP. Overall they did try to work with her even though they really didn't have a true Special Education program that was tailored for her.

I attended this school K-8 (currently a high school senior). The K-5 years were wonderful. But when middle school came around, it was apparent that there was favoritism and a hierarchy within the school. A lot of the students who were the children of teachers or school employee were treated with favoritism and other teachers feared disciplining them. I saw this first hand by being in the same grade as a child of a high ranking employee of the school. I reported multiple incidents where the students were treating other terribly, even receiving some terribly racist comments from close friends of the teachers students. when I reported these incidents, the students were not reprimanded and the issue was brushed under the rug. the only good thing I would say about this is that some of the teachers were very passionate.

This is the best school! The teachers are amazing! Can't say enough about them. The office people and administration are so caring! This school is a cut above all the rest and make their students and us parents feel like family!

We had an AMAZING Kindergarten year! Not only did our son develop and learn on a fast track, but every student in the classroom is moving onto first grade. I LOVE Bellalago Academy, the teachers, the staff and the amount of communication coming from the leadership and administrative team.
