Parker Elementary School

I have 2 students that have attended Parker, a 2nd grader and a 4th grader. Both have been here since kindergarten. The teachers are great! And we finally have a great principal (previous one terrible)! They offer chorus, robot club and girls on the run after school. For tutoring 89 children 3rd-5th took part and were bused home if needed after it. They have a good gifted program. I wouldn't be surprised if the school grade was a "B" next year. My children do well on standardized tests. It is a free lunch and breakfast school. There are about 90% of the children are low income and receive over 450,000 dollars of title one money, that doesn't make a difference, the teachers that stay are great. I'm happy my children attend here!

My son goes to Callaway Elementary and my Daughter goes to this disgrace of a school. If you are looking for a school to work with you in anyway, don't go here. One lady in the office is incredibly nice, everyone else is completely rude. The schools policies remind me of a prison rather then a school.. So much is wrong with this school I could write a book.
