For all that have left bad ratings I would like to tell you about my sons experience. He is in the very prestigious AICE program that Forest Hill offers due to the fact that the school qualified. This decision is mostly based on the experience and advanced degrees of the educators. AICE, developed in England at Cambridge is beyond an IB program and is only offered at one other high school in the county. A school people move from all over the U.S. to enroll their children. My straight A brilliant son will go full scholarship Ivey League and enter as a Junior. Duke was the first college to show interest in fourth grade. He is intelligent but more than that hard working and dedicated to his studies. I receive daily messages from his school about safety drills and find out about any possible community concerns before I turn on the morning news. I am beyond pleased to be a mighty Falcon Mom. This is a fantastic school. Demi Melvin Dempsey

I would love to give a higher rating. The administration may have cleaned up a lot of issues. Buuut, they totally disregard and dont support the arts. Band/Marching Band, Drama, Chorus, Dance. All the attention all goes to sports. To the point that they don't allow the marching band to practice on property. Good thing they are close to a park. It's ridiculous, they aren't allowed to do any fundraising, they gave it all to the football team. I have nothing against sports, and I fully support them too.

The magnet coordinator is awesome, the school itself is in good condition, with a nice cafe. There are lots of really great programs to choose from. Lots of sports to play.

New principal, new staff!! For the last year this school has been making great strides!!! Give it another two years and it will be one of the top high schools in the area. Ms. Stratos' leadership will raise that school to the level it needs to be and beyond!
