Forest Creek

CDD and HOA boards are unresponsive to residents and resident owners. CDD conrinues to shorten hours of pool and fitness facility to where only those not working are able to use these facilities except on days of. Playground facilities are terrible and not kept clean. Neither board sponsors acitities for children. Only social activites are ones for retired individuals. CDD prohibits volunteer efforts to improve Forest Creek due to liability concerns. Private groups of residents have been permitted to take community property and convert it to their own use. Although average of Forest Creek residents is in the forties, the CDD and HOA board members are well past retirement age. Impression of younger residents is that these boards are trying to convert Forest Creek to 55 plus community populated with military flags. CDD board and HOA board routinely ignore stautory limits on authority despite complaints from residents. Only remedy is to bring a lawsuit against these boards to retrain them from overreach and engaging in practices not authorized by ststute.
