Outstanding
25 yrs, living here. No issues, long term home owners for the most part and they care about their homes. There have been issues mostly from those who rent homes but overall they don't stay and move out. Good people and mostly everyone stays to themselves. The public schools are ok but there are options for private and charter schools in the area which gives your child options to attend. The area has changed time after time and has improved but still needs more newer homes to be build. The area is more hispanic diverse over 80% which continues to grow.
