Fountain Gate Condominiums

This place is great and has many different types of inside designs for your life style. The outside is very neat and you can tell a lot of pride is there.

Horrible association. Rising cost, that goes to nothing. They do not maintain anything (roofs, pool, sprinklers, tennis court, lighting for parking, list is endless). Board has been caught stealing money, multiple boards created, and these grown adults were fighting in the parking lot. Board went through 4 different management companies while I lived there. Nasty notes left on people’s cars. Residents calling cops on each other for none sense. Club house has burnt down twice due to electrical issues and no longer has a water heater. There is no maintenance on site. And lastly, ironically it’s called fountain gate but the fountain only works half the time. If you live here, there will never be a day of rest. Run!!
