Feels like a resort!

Love living in Fountain Parke feels like a Florida resort! The grounds are beautiful and so well kept. The pool is relaxing and beautiful. Best townhome community in the area!

Great Place to Live

We lived in Fountain Parke forever five years and really loved it. The high ceilings and open layouts really make the homes feel spacious. We never felt like we were living in a townhome. The grounds are gorgeous and worry free for residents. The pool feels like a resort and usable most of the year (though my kids went almost year round). Recommended for young families (next door to a high rated elementary school) or downsizing couples tired of yard work.
