I am a local Realtor in Millville NJ. I've sold several homes in Four Seasons. And I have to say that they sell without much effort. Reason for that-IT's AMAZING! I've personally never been in a community that has so much and cost so little! I WOULD LIVE HERE IN A MINUTE! The homes are nice, but honestly, the amenities blow the homes away! I mean, who cares about the home because your going to spend every waking hour enjoying the clubhouse, the pool, the recreational courts, the walks, the various social groups, and the list goes on and on! And as a nice entitlement, your lawn is taken care of and the snow is shoveled from your DRIVEWAY BEFORE YOU EVEN WAKE UP!!!! Come ON!!! Truly, this place sells itself! 5+ Stars! And I haven't rated ANYPLACE as high ever!

This is a beautiful community with many amenities for only 104 homes. The swimming pool with jacuzzi and Gazebo is a resort style facility The 7500 sq.ft. Club House is the focal point of our community.. The location makes easy access to Shore points and Philadelphia for many activities. Maintenance free property includes snow removal...just great when your retired. Home prices are really reasonable. One of the best we have seen in South Jersey .
