Four Seasons Farm

Four Seasons Farm is a small community in Kyle, Texas. Homes in the community were built between 2003 and 2012 and feature a variety of modern single-family designs situated within a natural setting. Although the community doesn’t have any amenities of its own, residents have access to plenty of nearby recreation. Bordering Four Seasons Farm is the Lake Kyle and Plum Creek Preserve. This scenic nature preserve offers four miles of walking trails, fishing piers, sheltered picnic areas, and a playground. Lake Kyle is also well-stocked with game fish that attract many fishermen to its shores. Residents with school-aged children have several public schools to choose from that are part of the Hays Consolidated Independent School District (CISD). Some of the schools nearby include Kyle Elementary School, Tobias Elementary School, and Lehman High School. The CISD offers students a number of academic programs, such as award-winning music, theater, and athletic programs. Located along Interstate 35 provides residents with easy access to local retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. Homeowners are within short driving distances to the Plum Creek Community Center and Plum Creek Golf Course. Four Seasons Farm is also located between San Antonio and Austin, which are both under an hour’s drive away and provide additional big-city attractions.
