Four Seasons at South Brunswick

The grounds are pretty nice and the houses are reasonably well built. The main clubhouse is perfect, with socializing rooms, spaces for cards and billiards, and a small exercise area. There is a great seasonal pool, a garden, golf net, and walking areas. One downside is location; the property borders a busy highway and is not particularly convenient to shopping or amenities. While this is listed as an over-55 community, the management is pretty lax about enforcement so under 55 family members will feel welcome and typically can live here as long as owners like. In summer evenings there is usually a surprising buzz of youthful activities, people working on cars that appear permanently parked in their driveways or on the small streets, and kids playing in the areas between houses, making it feel more like a typical mixed neighborhood than a quiet retirement community.

Great home, great neighborhood, great location. We love being outdoors and also spend a lot of time at the Mercer County Park. We love the pool and we play bocce a lot. There is even a small community garden where we planted some tomatoes, they taste great this year! It would be nice if the community was gated but that's my only complaint.
