Fox Grove

We have been in Fox Grove since 2007. We originally rented in Schertz but was looking for something on the North side to accommodate both our commutes for work. We looked for an entire year until choosing Fox Grove to make our forever home. The deciding factor in choosing Fox Grove was the abundance of Trees and how the neighborhood was aesthetically appealing. There were some older homes in the front of the subdivision but they were well maintained. The location was key, we did not want in the Judson ISD nor did we want to pay the higher prices in the Stone Oak area. Fox Grove met all our wants and needs. We discovered during our search, that it was an HOA neighborhood so we requested a copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (Rules) that apply to living in this community. After reading through these Covenants, we discovered why the neighborhood looked so good. Some of the rules we did not like but we could abide by them with little effort or angst. Since purchasing our home, the neighborhood has gone thru a couple of HOA Board of Directors and Management Companies, continuously improving this neighborhood for the better.
