We have lived in Foxfield for 8 years and truly enjoy living here. The neighbors look out for each other and the amenities are excellent.
This is truly an excellent active adult community.
The other 2 reviews must have been written by the builder. While the homes look nice, and surely there are some nice people living here, the amenities are overstated and there are questions about the quality of the home construction. The roads are very narrow, not enough room for a parked car and two cars to pass, sidewalks only on one side, the homes are very close together. The pool is the nicest amenity but it is only outdoor and only available in season. The golf course is almost unplayable, just for show. The grass is high on the golf course, the greens are small, synthetic and very, very fast. Impossible to putt or to stop a ball on the green. It is barely used as a result. Health care and other needs of seniors is not close by. The homes are also overpriced and the taxes are high. However, it does look nice and it is a quiet area.
We have been living at Foxfield for over eight years. It is a very picturesque community with beautiful walking trails. Our Clubhouse is used by many of the residents. We have a beautiful pool area and a six whole executive golf course. Our fitness center has quality and variety of equipment to get a complete workout. Our community is located near wonderful shopping areas, restaurants and historical sites
from the Revolutionary War Period. We are also only 15 minutes from the Philadelphia airport.
Foxfield is a really nice community and we've been pleased with the home we bought here last summer. The location is great, close to everything including the airport which is very convenient for my husband's consulting travel schedule. We use the clubhouse pretty often and I especially love the pool and the tennis courts. It's a great community if you like being outdoors and enjoy getting together with friends. There is always something to do. We go trail walking a lot and have never felt better!
