Buyers Beware
Prospective buyers need to meet the property manager and work with Phoenix Management before you close. I have just cancelled my purchase after meeting the property manager and he was intimidating and called me a liar. He scared me so much I could not drive from the property for shaking. A true bully who should not be allowed contact with the public.
