Rockdale County High School

This is my daughters first year of high school and their registration process is horrible!! Thank you Rockdale County High for making the beginning of my childs first year a horrible experience I have nothing good to say about anybody I have had interactions with. If they hadn't have held up the registration process, she may have her schedule!! She supposed to walk around the school aimlessly?

This is a great school i am currently going here and both my brothers, my mom, both aunts cousins, and pretty much everyone on my moms side. This school has wonderful athletic and acadenic programs. They are willing to work with those students who fall behind and have numerous steps to ensure they graduate(if they are willing to work hard). Also they have the best athletics in the county. The negatives that i would like to see improved are more school spirit from the staff & students. Also more interaction with the students from the staff in the office and counselors(seems some are there just for the check). However this ia wonderful school and the best way to enjoy it is to get involved and join things.

Hi my name is A and i went to this school four years was suppose to graduate 2013 and i finished at open campus because i was given a class that i failed from 9th grade that i retook and this school is highly unprofessional and the only reason anybody would want to go to this school is because of the sports that's it the overall teacher population has declined i was actually told from a teacher "i don't care i'm still going to get my pay check. Not a good environment to learn, the school cares more about they're appearance than the students learning and experience. And i finished my classes and i still yet to receive my diploma due to many excuses.I hate this school i would not recommend it to anyone and not just because of petty reasons.Go to Heritage or Salem or a private school anything but this school.

I am just fed up with RCHS! School started in August! It is now November and my child has had a total of 4 Spanish teachers! There is a constant revolving door of teachers at this school! Get it together Rockdale! Aren't you tired of being the underdog?
