Starrs Mill High School

This a great school academically and also excels at sports and arts.

This is the best school in South Metro Atlanta and one of the best in the state. Like the other high school in Peachtree City, students are allowed to drive golf carts to school. The Starr's Mill community is very affluent with very active parental support. Starr's Mill is one of the top schools in the state academically, but is also a powerhouse in athletics. Starr's Mill has won 4/5 director's cups for the best all around sports program in Georgia for 5A. They routinely win state championships in multiple sports every year, and last year every sports team made the playoffs, and several won region championships. They also have an incredible fine arts department as well as active clubs for every student. The academics are demanding and competitive. It's not unusual for the top 100 students in every class to have above a 4.0.

it has been a very stressful horrible experience when you try to handle issues small or big here's a example I was at work and forgot to write a check out for my son's lunch account I asked him to get the checkbook and I helped him over the phone feeling it out I received a phone call from the principal Scott he informed me that it was not legal for me to give permission or authorized my son to do that they will be looking into charging him for fraud this is absolutely ridiculous I stated I gave him permission and authorized it I have talk to the bank and they informed me there is no fraud I asked the principal Scott how can this be fraught or illegal to do he cannot give me anything besides he's a minor but he's old enough to have a checking account and his own name and have a debit card I also ask him has he never got permission or was authorized to use his wife's credit card or assist his mother with writing out checks

School is not up to standard dealing with issues and doesn’t seem to care either
