The principals really stay involved to help make this the best elementary school on the county. Their gifted program and gifted teacher is outstanding and also very hands on, my daughter wouldn't get the gifted program opportunity at many schools and it's what keeps her interested in school. There is always some activity before, during, or after school to keep the kids excited and that shows great leadership in this school. My daughter demands she continue her next 3 years of elementary school at rocky creek!

We have been a part of Rocky Creek for four years now and both of our kids love the school and every year they love their teachers. The school has set a high standard for education but also for nurturing our kids and we are so grateful to have Rocky Creek. It's the reason that we purchased our house where we did even though I work in Locust Grove. This school is awesome!

My child has attended here since kindergarten, and is now about to finish 2nd grade. We love this school, and the staff could not be better. The communication with parents is outstanding, and the family nights are highly anticipated!

Overall this is a ok school- I would like to see more teaching, rather that just give a few examples and then send the rest home for homework for the parents to teach. All I can see is that they are preparing my child on how to pass a test. School is nothing like it used to be. They stopped teaching on normal subjects. My child don't even have math books in there school. I show her how to do math problems and the teacher says there wrong but the answer comes out right. They must teach some new technics that they want them to use.
