Roswell is part of the Fulton County School District, which is one of the oldest and largest school systems in Georgia. Fulton County Schools is a high-performing district, ranking third in Georgia for overall SAT scores, exceeding the national average by 70 points. It’s also the highest of the large metro Atlanta school districts for graduation rate which continues to grow.
There is over 900 acres of parks and greenspace, as well as hiking, kayaking, and canoeing at the Chatahoochee River, providing ample access to outdoor activities in Roswell. As part of the Roswell parks property, there are the Southern Trilogy Historic House Museums for a peek into life from the Civil War era. For other activities and entertainment, there are history tours, breweries, a ton of exceptional restaurants for foodies, and a rich performing arts scene with theaters, orchestras, and concerts.
